1. Scope of Regulations
These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the camper and the owner of the Schüttehof Horb am Neckar campsite.

2. Booking
Bookings can be made by telephone, e-mail, via the homepage or during reception opening hours. They only become binding after receipt of the deposit/prepayment within the period specified in the booking confirmation. On the day of arrival, pitches and tent sites are available from 2:30 p.m., mobile homes from 3:00 p.m. The camper is obliged to immediately inform the campsite operator of any different or later arrival outside the reception opening hours; otherwise, there is no entitlement to the reservation in the event of arrival at a later time.

3. Minors
Stays by minors under the age of 18 are only permitted when accompanied by a legal guardian to whom the parents of accompanying minors have transferred parental rights, duties and responsibility. Presentation of a corresponding written document from the parents is required. Stays without an accompanying person are only permitted with the express consent of the campsite operator and written parental authorization.

4. Rental Accommodations
During the months of July and August, mobile homes are only rented with a minimum booking period of 5 nights. Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodations. Dogs are not permitted in the mobile homes and sleeping barrels.

5. Departure
The booked pitch must be vacated in a clean condition by 12:30 p.m. The booked mobile homes must be handed over in a broom-clean condition by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure, with personal key handover at reception. Later departure is only permitted with the consent of the campsite management.

6. Use of the Campsite
The allocated pitch or rental property may only be used by the number of persons registered and with only one passenger car. The camper who made the booking is personally liable for all obligations arising from the concluded contract for the persons registered by them. Additional persons are only permitted to stay on the campsite with the consent of the campsite management and payment of the applicable fee. The same applies to additional vehicles.

7. Duty to Report Defects
In the event of existing defects, the camper is obliged to notify the campsite management immediately. If this notification is omitted, the camper shall have no claims whatsoever, regardless of the legal basis.

8. Price List
The fees to be paid by the camper are based exclusively on the currently valid price lists of the Schüttehof campsite. Discounts for guests arriving with DDC and CCI cards are only accepted upon presentation of a valid card, provided we participate in the respective promotion/discount. By entering the campsite, the camper accepts the current price list, which is also displayed on the information board at the entrance. 9. Cancellation Rental Accommodations
Cancellation fees: Written notice of cancellation is required. The following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation (days before rental start) – up to 14 days = 50% of the rental price – from 13 days before arrival = 100% of the rental price The customer retains the right to prove that the campsite operator incurred less or no damage. In the event of departure before the end of the contract, the camper is obliged to pay the full rental price. Pitches and Tent Meadow: Cancellation fees: Written notice of cancellation is required. The following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation (days before rental start) – up to 14 days = 50% of the booking price – from 13 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price In the event of early departure from pitches reserved in advance, the campsite management reserves the right to charge for the entire booked period. The customer retains the right to prove that the campsite operator incurred less or no damage. Group Meadow: Cancellation fees: Written notice of cancellation is required. The following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation (days before arrival) – up to 14 days = 50% of the stay price – from 13 days = 100% of the stay price In the event of departure before the end of the contract, the camper is obliged to pay the full cost of the stay.

10. Termination
The Schüttehof campsite is entitled to terminate the booking without notice if the camper persistently violates the campsite regulations through their behavior or otherwise behaves in a grossly breachful manner. In this case, the camper is not entitled to a refund of the rental price.

11. Liability
The Schüttehof campsite shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. It shall not be liable for damages caused by the failure or disruption of water, electricity or gas supplies, nor for noise disturbances caused by third parties. It shall also not be liable for damages resulting from negligent breaches of duty on the part of the camper. The use of facilities or equipment located on the premises – including those taken out of operation – is at the user’s own risk. Accidents, losses or other irregularities arising in connection with the use of the campsite are likewise excluded from liability by the campsite operator. Use of the swimming pool is only permitted in compliance with the pool regulations and is at the user’s own risk. The camper is obliged to treat all rooms, rental properties, pitches and inventory with care.

12. Campsite Regulations
The campsite regulations are binding for all campers.

13. General
The camper only has the right of set-off with claims that are undisputed or legally established. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply between the camper and the Schüttehof campsite. T&Cs Status May 2022 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Freudenstadt if the camper has no general place of jurisdiction within Germany or if their place of residence or habitual abode is unknown at the time legal action is initiated. Otherwise, the general statutory place of jurisdiction shall apply.
