SEASONAL PITCH (FROM 6 MONTHS)

A deposit of 1.500,– € is due once upon conclusion of the contract.
A down payment of 100,– € is due annually by January 15th if the lease remains in effect and will be deducted from the invoice on April 1st of the current year.
Total amount by April 1st via bank transfer or with a 3 % discount for direct debit authorization.
2 installments in equal parts on April 1st and October 1st with a 3 % surcharge.
In monthly installments with a 5 % surcharge.
Electricity and water meters are read by October 1st of each year and the consumption invoice is debited or due for transfer.
